Carlo Ian Adorador is a sought after model in the Philippines who started out by winning the FDAP-organized Bodyshots modeling competition in 2002. Immediately following the competition, he received tons of modeling offers especially from top designers in the metropolis.

Wanting to penetrate the international scene, he joined the MTV Fashionista Best Model Search in 2003 for the right to represent the Philippines in one of the three international modeling competitions, namely: Manhunt International, Mr. Intercontinental and Best Model of the World. However, Carlo was unsuccessful in his attempt. That year Raphael Keifer, Brent Javier and Anthony Madden took home the top prizes
